Because each piece is handmade to order, we can’t accept returns on opened or used items — but your happiness matters to us.
If something’s wrong
Dried botanicals are natural and a little fragile. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@bloomgoodies.store within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Reach out as soon as possible — we can usually help before an order enters production.
